• Plan applicable subject to network feasibility.
• Maximum Plan Speed till LAN port. Wi-Fi speed is subject to coverage and device performance.
• Data usage includes both Download and Upload.
• Internet service is provided over Fiber to the Home / Building (FTTH / FTTB) or Fiber to the Neighbourhood (FTTN) network. Service availability is subject to technical feasibility.
• Usage in every session will be measured and recorded in bytes.
• Installation / Activation charges are nil.
• All plans are prepaid.
• Charges are exclusive of taxes and will be collected at the time of signing the Customer Application Form (CAF).

Important Information and Guidelines

• Fibervalley Truly Unlimited Plan is applicable for non-commercial use only.
• Tariff plans and offers are subject to guidelines, directions, and orders issued by TRAI and/or DoT.
• Fibervalley Communications Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or withdraw tariff plans without prior notice.
• The duly filled and signed Tariff Selection Sheet by the customer is an integral part of the Customer Application Form (CAF).
• Download and upload speeds indicated are up to the ISP node. Actual broadband speed available to the customer may vary due to network congestion, technical reasons, or other unavoidable circumstances.
